We are currently shipping to US addresses only. All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise noted. If you require overnight or express shipping, please email us at info@haskerhome.com or call us at (718) 222-5756 and we will give you the best quote. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some oversize items may require additional shipping, and will be noted in the product description.
Most items ship within 1-2 days upon receipt of your order. We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping for any reason.
PRIVACY POLICY
Hasker, Inc. and www.haskerhome.com will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our newsletter and mailing list. SECURITY
The site is hosted by Yahoo! Store which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browser windows during SSL transactions that involve credit card and other forms of payment. Any time a Yahoo! Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information provided will be securely stored on our servers.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED
Hasker, Inc. and www.haskerhome.com currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
NOTE: If you do not wish to purchase an item using a credit card online, please call us at (718) 222-5756, or email us at info@haskerhome.com with your order request, and a phone number where you can be reached. We will call you ASAP for your credit card information.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 15 days for full purchase price refund. The
item must be returned in original and unused condition and with original packaging. Item
must also be well-packed and insured for the full purchase amount. Shipping
costs are non-refundable and any costs for return shipment are the sole responsibility
of the customer.

to request return authorization.
Items may also be returned to our Brooklyn store, located at 333 Smith Street.
Damaged items must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt of goods. If there is a damaged item, please contact Hasker immediately by email (info@haskerhome.com) or by calling (718) 222-5756.
SALES TAX
We collect 8.375% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in New York. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
GIFT PACKAGING
Hasker offers free gift wrap for most items. Simply check the gift wrap option if you wish your items to be wrapped. If you are purchasing several items, we will wrap each item separately, unless otherwise requested via email or other instructions.
